Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the appliance is unused, disconnected, and securely repacked in its original packaging including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized appliance courier to collect the item from your property at a time that fits your schedule.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
